The System

Five layers.
One revenue machine.

We don't run ads. We build end-to-end revenue systems — acquisition, attribution, AI, CRM, and the strategy layer that directs them all.

“Campaigns end. Systems compound.

Revenue Architecture is the practice of connecting paid acquisition, attribution, AI intelligence, and CRM into one end-to-end system. Each of the five layers is built in sequence and run as one — so every campaign makes the next one smarter.

The entry point — puts campaigns in market with architecture that survives

What You Own

Campaign architecture document, plus live accounts opened in your name.

Install Time

10–14 days

Prerequisite

None — this is the entry point.

How It's Bought

Diagnose, install, operate.

Every engagement follows the same three stages — the difference is how many layers are already live when you start.

Blueprint

One-time · about 5 days

A written diagnostic of what's installed, what's missing, and the order we'd fix it in. It's free, and you keep the document whether or not anything follows.

Start with Blueprint

Install

One-time, fixed scope · 18–30 days

The build itself. Live accounts, event taxonomy, dashboard, CRM model — every artefact created in your name, handed over as something you own, not something you rent.

Start with Install

Operate

Monthly · month-to-month after the first three

Runs the layers that are installed and installs the next one as each gate opens. The retainer is priced by layers under management, never by what you spend on ads.

Start with Operate

The floor is Acquisition and The Ledger together, never Acquisition alone — campaigns without attribution is the commodity every other agency sells. Figures are quoted per engagement; talk to us and you'll get them in writing before anything is signed.

The Part We Can Prove

We run this stack on ourselves, and the loop is closed.

An ad click on our own site carries a click ID into our CRM as a contact property. When that contact becomes a qualified lead — or a client, weeks later — a workflow replays that ID back to the ad platform as a real conversion. That's Acquisition, The Ledger, and The Memory running in production on our own funnel, not a diagram of what we'd build for you.

It's also the honest reason we won't sell the upper layers first. We know what the bottom two cost to build, because we paid it.

Objections

The five we get most.

I just want ads run. Why do I have to take The Ledger as well?

Because without it we can't tell you which ads worked, and neither can Meta. You'd be paying us to optimise against form-fills, which is what your last agency did. If you genuinely only want campaigns managed, a freelancer will do it for less than we charge — and we'll send you two names.

Why is there a build fee at all? My last agency didn't charge one.

Your last agency didn't build you anything. The fee buys a campaign architecture, an event taxonomy, and a live dashboard that stay yours whether or not we work together next year. Folded into a retainer, you'd pay for it every month forever instead of once.

Can't my developer just do the tracking part?

Sometimes, yes. If you have someone who's shipped an offline conversion pipeline before, use them and take Acquisition from us alone. In practice most in-house implementations stop at the pixel — the easy half. The half that matters is getting closed revenue back out of the CRM weeks later.

What happens if we stop after the install?

You keep everything. The accounts are in your name, the event spec is a document, the dashboard is in your analytics account. That's the entire point of calling it infrastructure rather than a service.

We're not running ads at all yet. Is this for us?

Yes — it's the cleaner place to start. Building Acquisition and The Ledger together from zero means no historical mess to unpick, and no bad data already trained into a platform's model. Start with the free diagnostic and we'll tell you exactly what your target requires.

How We Work

Pricing Model

Install Once. Operate Monthly.

A one-time fee for the build, then a flat monthly retainer priced by layers under management. No percentage of your ad spend — we don't earn more when you overspend.

Account Ownership

Your Accounts. Your Data.

Your Google and Meta accounts are yours. Ad spend billed directly to your card. You have full access to everything, at all times.

Engagement Terms

No 12-Month Lock-In.

3-month minimum so the system compounds. Then month-to-month. No annual traps. No penalty for leaving once the system outgrows us.
