How We Work

Five layers.
Installed in order.

Not a service you rent — infrastructure you install one layer at a time, in your own accounts, so each layer becomes the prerequisite for the next.

The Reframe

Aserviceendswhentheretainerdoes.Infrastructurekeepsworkingafterweleave.

Most agencies sell campaign management — a service you rent, running on their process, in accounts you don't fully control. We install five layers directly into your own accounts, in a fixed sequence, so what you're left with is a system you own, not a subscription you're renting.

The Layers

What each layer installs.

01

Acquisition

What It Does

Puts campaigns in market with architecture that can still be measured six months later.

What You Own

Your ad accounts, your creative, your campaign structure.

Prerequisite

None — this is where the system starts.

02

The Ledger

What It Does

Closes the loop between an ad click and revenue that actually landed.

What You Own

Your GA4 property, your dashboards, your data layer.

Prerequisite

Acquisition — needs live campaigns to measure.

03

The Signal

What It Does

Scores audiences and flags anomalies before they surface in revenue.

What You Own

Your bid models, audience scoring, anomaly alerts.

Prerequisite

The Ledger — needs clean attribution data to learn from.

04

The Memory

What It Does

Sends closed deals back to the ad platforms so they optimise toward customers, not form-fills.

What You Own

Your CRM sync, your lifecycle segments, your offline conversions.

Prerequisite

The Ledger — needs attribution data to sync against.

05

The War Room

What It Does

A standing session that decides what to build, fix, or accelerate next.

What You Own

Your roadmap, your QBRs, your revenue reporting.

Prerequisite

The Ledger, plus The Signal or The Memory.

How Engagements Run

Three phases, no rupee figures.

01

Blueprint

Diagnose, then plan.

Scope

Audit current spend, attribution and CRM state; map exactly which layers are missing and in what order to install them.

Output

A written system diagnosis and a 90-day install roadmap.

Duration

1–2 weeks.

02

Install

Build the system.

Scope

Build out the layers identified in the Blueprint, in sequence — each one becomes the prerequisite for the next.

Output

Live campaigns, closed-loop attribution, CRM sync — a running system, not a report.

Duration

6–10 weeks, depending on how many layers.

03

Operate

Run and compound it.

Scope

Monthly war rooms, ongoing optimisation, and the standing strategy layer that directs what's next.

Output

A revenue architecture team on standing call, not a monthly deck.

Duration

Ongoing, month-to-month after a 3-month minimum.

How We Work

Pricing Model

Install Once. Operate Monthly.

A one-time fee for the build, then a flat monthly retainer priced by layers under management — never a percentage of your ad spend.

Account Ownership

Your Accounts. Your Data.

Every account and dashboard is provisioned in your name, from day one.

Engagement Terms

No 12-Month Lock-In.

3-month minimum so the system compounds. Then month-to-month.

Common Questions

Before you ask.

No. A one-time Install fee, then a flat monthly Operate retainer priced by layers under management — never a percentage of what you spend on ads. We don't earn more when you overspend.

No. Acquisition is where the system starts from zero — Blueprint works the same way whether you're already spending or starting fresh.

You do. Your Google and Meta accounts, your GA4 property, your dashboards, your CRM — all provisioned in your name from day one. Nothing is held hostage if we stop working together.

A 3-month minimum so the system has time to compound, then month-to-month. No annual lock-in, no penalty for leaving once the system outgrows us.

An agency retainer ends when you stop paying it. What we install — your accounts, your attribution, your CRM sync — keeps working after we leave the room. That's the difference between renting a service and owning infrastructure.
